Overview

The standard is a solid body, single cutaway guitar inspired by the holy grail instruments of the 1950s. It combines a classic look and esthetic, with the finest of traditional materials such as Honduras mahogany, eastern maple, hot hide glue, and hand mixed nitrocellulose lacquers. The result is a classic instrument with a rich vocal tone, and a vibey feel that is built to inspire the player.

The standard can be built in a variety of finishes and following configurations to suit your playing style and taste.

Standard Slab:

A 1-3/4" thick flat topped slab of solid lumber that cam be configured with a variety of woods, finishes, hardware, and electronics.

Standard:

The original classic carve top.

Standard Hollow:

A chambered Standard with dual F holes. Coming soon.

  • Eastern red maple.  Slip or book matched.
  • Old growth indian rosewood. Brazilian available on request
  • 24.625 scale modelled after '50s Gibson
  • Nitrocullulose lacquer. Hand mixed colors. Aged tinted binding,  Burst options available as well as gold top. 
  • Hide glue construction. 
  • Single action old style truss rod.
  • Hand made pickups,  Paper in oil caps, Superpots and Switchcraft components.
  • 6105 frets standard.  Others available.  Binding nubs, rolled edges for a vintage feel. 
  • Pigtail or Tonepros bridge.   Steel anchors and studs.
  • Pyramid nickel strings.
